Patients can now register online for pre bookable and same day appointments to save themselves time and for convenience. Once you're set up you can book appointments, request repeat prescriptions and view your test results all from the comfort of your own home.

Please come into reception to register for this service. You will need to bring in some form of photo ID and fill out a short form. This is a legal requirement as limited parts of your notes are now available to view online and we need to make sure that we are only granting access to the correct person.  We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Once you have been given your unique Access ID, please click the link to access the service and follow the instructions to create your account.

To give you more choice you will be given the option of registering with Patient-Access, E-life or Dimec. Please sign up with one of these services. Patient-Access is fully supported by us and very user friendly.

Access for Children Under 16

Children can benefit from this service although they will have limited access. They will be able to book appointments online and order repeat prescriptions but not be able to view their medical history or test results. For more information see our when you turn 16 page.

For same day doctors appointments, please remember to re-fresh your browser at 8:30am Monday-Friday to see the latest appointment times. For all nurse appointments you will need to contact the surgery.
