We run a virtual stop smoking clinic every Wednesday 9.30 - 12.30  with Ms Alina Babik-Richens.

At this clinic advice is given on:

  • How to set a goal to lower or stop smoking.
  • Techniques to help stop smoking.
  • Over the counter products can be brought to help reduce or stop smoking.
  • How to manage the cravings.
  • Coping strategies regarding withdrawal symptoms.
  • Stop smoking clinic provides free of charge product of either Nicotine Replacement Therapy or Vapes to help with your stop smoking journey.

Kick-It is the free stop smoking service for residents of the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames. Kick-It provides a free, evidence-based service for all smokers who would like support giving up. Their clients receive six weeks of 1-1 support from a specialist stop smoking advisor who will tailor their support to the individual, as it is recognised that everyone is different.
