The best way to find out your results is via the NHS app. You can see detailed reports on the results. Compare the results to previous tests.
Plus, you can see what your GP has ‘commented’ on the findings.
Depending on what the GP has written you’ll be able to work out if a follow up appointment is needed.
For example, the GP might write - ‘abnormal, follow up within a month’. Once you see this, you then know to request an appointment with us.
Likewise, the GP may write, ‘Normal, continue regime’, depending on what test was done, you might know to continue to take your medication as prescribed, or continue with the food pattern that was recommended.
On the app you can see results from not only Canbury Medical Centre, but also results from hospital appointments, these include scans and tests.
If you have yet to set yourself up on the NHS app and you need to know your results please visit this page to request your results directly from us and select the following option:
‘Admin Query’ then ‘Test result’. Then complete the questions with as much detail as possible.
